Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook all have prize giveaways and competitions. You might want to concentrate on only one or use them all.
They’re quick to enter. Generally, they want you to follow and like – then tag as many people as you want, usually with each comment being a separate entry. However, some just want you to comment a word, a phrase or tag a single person – so make sure you read what they want. It is worth getting a list of comping friends so that you can tag each other.
As stated before, set up a separate account to your personal one – this way you can keep the comping algorithm working and avoid spamming your friends and family.
Some ask you to share or repost as part of the T&C’s, others will just offer this as an additional entry. If it is optional, I tend to only share to my story if it is something that I really, really want. I know some people like to add to their stories right at the end of the giveaway, however, I personally just add them as I see them.
The best way to make comping friends it to have the same user name and the same profile picture, that way they can find you on other sites. Please also check that you are regularly checking for new friend requests or follow backs.
Super Lucky Me has a great list of people that you can follow and tag – and you can add your own information.
